Our Buddhist Funeral services have several options, which you can view below. However, something all the options have in common is that they all revolve around the belief in reincarnation after death. Buddhists believe that the accumulated karma of a person’s lifetime will determine their rebirth, also known as Samsara. The accumulated good deeds from a lifetime based on the Eightfold path will lead to spiritual enlightenment in future rebirths, while bad deeds have negative consequences.

 

As part of our Buddhist funeral service, we ensure that the ceremony and procession are performed according to Buddhist beliefs, Chinese culture and tradition, and the unique needs and requirements of the bereaved family.

Buddhist funeral service includes

  • Transportation of deceased from hospital/home to embalming room

  • Standard tentage setup: 10 round tables, 15 square tables, 100 chairs, lighting & 6 fans

  • Carpet flooring, 3 section curtains, table cloth

  • Enlarged photo with frame & 6 passport size

  • Photo flower wreath & 4 table bouquets on the altar

  • Buddhist funeral decoration, setup and backdrop

  • Safe box and notice

  • 1 Buddhist monk chanting at encoffining, 3 Buddhist monks on the last night and 1 Buddhist monk one the funeral day
