My family and I really appreciate Sister Khim who have provided us the guidance and assistance to make the entire funeral process (from 1st to 4th May 2024) smooth, clear, and easy to follow through. Sister Khim was definitely a GEM to us at that moment where all of us were utterly devastated when our dad passed on during 30th Apr. A genuinely resourceful person, Sister Khim has really gone the extra mile with her personal touch, providing my family the comfort that we needed most during this challenging period. She has definitely exceeded my expectation. Not forgetting the remaining team members, I would also like to show my utmost appreciation to Brother Curtis, Cheng Feng Shi Fu (with other team of senior Shi Fu), Marcus (truly appreciate your professionalism, effort & time spent from collection of my dad’s cremated remains, storage & entire development of plaque & completion of the niche), Night Watcher: Edward, Cheryl + brother , as well as the entire supporting members of Peaceful Journey who have one way or another contributed towards my late father’s funeral from 1st to 4th May 2024. My family and I are truly grateful, and we are privileged to have met you Sister Khim. From the bottom of my heart, thank you sincerely.

We get to know Sister Khim and Curtis via renting the concentrated oxygen for home use for the comfort of my beloved mother in Oct 23 and thereafter we also got the hospital bed, air mattress and commodes from them too. We are glad to know them as they always share their knowledge and advice on caring my mother who was suffering from breast cancer for 16 years. On 26 March 24 my beloved mother passed on, Sister Khim, Curtis and her professional team guided us through the whole funeral process. Our sincere thanks and appreciation to the whole team who has help us get through this hard times of bereavement. Sister Khim even out of goodwill waive off the transportation cost incurred for the above mentioned medical products. Lastly our families would like to express our sincere gratitude to Sis Khim, Curtis and Peaceful Journey Teams for their guidance, support and assistance throughout our most darkest days. Khim has been helpful not just operationally but with a personal touch. I recalled there were a few moments concern relatives had in a traditional Chinese possession, but she handled them well and provided necessary guidance or suggestions. the relatives were satisfied with her direction. Her crews, led by Yi Fan the emcee, were professional and carried out their tasks well. It is in a difficult moment that one sees the values of a person. Khim and her crews have shown the values that they have provided during this period. I am very grateful that she and her crew were by my side as I went through this period.
